Tetanus and Diphtheria Vaccination Campaign Continues in Al-Bab Area Schools
As part of ongoing efforts to protect the health of future generations, Al-Ameen Humanitarian Support Organization, in cooperation with the Syrian Ministry of Health, has continued implementing the tetanus and diphtheria vaccination campaign across schools in the Al-Bab area, within the framework of the national immunization program targeting school-age children. This phase of the campaign covered first and sixth grade students at Mohammad Sami Al-Zain Al-Shihabi School, where the field health team administered vaccines in full compliance with the highest standards of safety and quality, in an atmosphere defined by professionalism and reassurance. This step reflects a core conviction held by Al-Ameen Humanitarian Support Organization — that a child’s health is not simply a service to be delivered, but a fundamental right and a humanitarian necessity that cannot be delayed. The organization continues its field operations in close coordination with official health authorities, committed to building an effective immunization system that reaches every child in the region, regardless of their circumstances or the location of their school.Preventable diseases like tetanus and diphtheria leave no room for complacency. What we witness today in the schools of Al-Bab is a living example of how joint action between humanitarian organizations and government bodies can make a real and lasting difference in the lives of children and their families. Our children’s health is an unwavering priority — and today, we prove it through action, not words.
