Somali Children Return to Mogadishu After Successful Cochlear Implant Surgeries Supported by “Hearing of Saudi” Program

His Excellency the Somali Minister of Health, Dr. Ali Haji Adam, along with staff from Al-Ameen’s office in Somalia, welcomed a group of Somali children at Aden Adde International Airport in Mogadishu following their return from the Republic of Kenya, where they successfully underwent cochlear implant surgeries.

This achievement is part of the humanitarian “Hearing of Saudi” program, which aims to restore the gift of hearing to children with hearing impairments. The initiative is supported and coordinated jointly by Somali health authorities and Al-Ameen. His Excellency the Minister expressed his deep gratitude to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for this noble humanitarian support and praised Al-Ameen’s effective role in implementing high-quality health programs in Somalia.
