Maysara… small steps towards a better future

In Hadhramaut, amid extremely difficult humanitarian conditions, baby Maysara Abdul Majeed Maysari was born carrying in his tiny feet a challenge that weighed heavily on his family from the very first moment. A congenital foot deviation was not merely a medical condition — it was a daily anxiety his family lived in silence, wondering about the future of their little one.
After consulting several doctors, Maysara was referred to the Prosthetics and Rehabilitation Center in Seiyun, where he began his journey with the “Dennis Brown” device, specifically designed to correct foot deformities in infants. The beginning was not easy; fear gripped his parents’ hearts in those early days. Yet the medical team never abandoned them — they followed Maysara’s condition regularly and provided his family with the awareness and reassurance they needed at every stage.
As time passed, and thanks to consistent monthly follow-ups, Maysara’s condition began to improve gradually, and his smile started painting joy in the eyes of those who love him. A success story made possible through the support of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, and through the efforts of Al-Ameen Humanitarian Support Organization — always striving to be a true helping hand for those in need.
Maysara has not walked yet, but with every visit he proves that hope is stronger than any obstacle, and that genuine care makes an immeasurable difference.
