Kidney Dialysis Medications Distributed in Idlib with Support from King Salman Relief Center
In a step aimed at supporting the healthcare sector in Idlib governorate, Al-Ameen Humanitarian Support Organization carried out a distribution operation of kidney dialysis medications and other specialized drugs, covering eight different areas across the governorate, with support from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center.
This initiative comes as part of the ongoing efforts by Al-Ameen Humanitarian Support Organization to ensure that treatment reaches patients suffering from kidney diseases, a group that requires precise and continuous care given the critical nature of their health condition, which cannot tolerate delays or interruptions in receiving necessary medication.
The distribution included, alongside dialysis medications, a range of other specialized drugs needed by patients across various areas of Idlib, in an effort to bridge the medication gap facing the healthcare sector in the region as a result of the difficult conditions it continues to endure.
Al-Ameen Humanitarian Support Organization affirms that this support aims primarily to ensure continuity of healthcare for patients and to ease the financial and health burdens they face amid limited available resources, as regular access to medication is a decisive factor in stabilizing the condition of dialysis patients in particular.
This support represents an extension of the existing partnership between Al-Ameen Humanitarian Support Organization and the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, aimed at delivering health and humanitarian services to the largest possible number of affected people in the most vulnerable areas of Idlib governorate.
Al-Ameen Humanitarian Support Organization continues to implement its health and relief programs in coordination with supporting entities, striving to enhance patients’ access to appropriate treatment at the right time, and to ensure the continued provision of essential medical services for this group of patients across the governorate’s various areas.
