Distribution of food baskets containing basic food needs in the Daynile district of Somalia

IRVD teams in Somalia has just completed a distribution of a one-month supply of basic food baskets to 100 highly vulnerable HHs ,including displaced, orphanes, elderly and disabled persons in Xamar Bille, Hoosh and Ba’ad Dhamaje IDP Camps ,Dayniile District, Mogadishu-Somalia. Ramadan food distribution project was primarily intended to provide food to the most vulnerable families during the blessed month, to engance Islamic brotherhoods amd bonds. Each parcel contained a sufficient amount of food comfortably enough for an average family of six for the 4 weeks (30 days) and consisting of basic foods suitable for the beneficiaries.
