Community health workers
As part of the follow-up to the rehabilitation and training of community health workers in the olive branch area and the workers in the community health project targeting the Sharan camps.
The project mainly focuses on community health workers who receive special training, which aims to prepare workers to start conducting health awareness sessions that are considered the project’s goal.
The basics of holding awareness sessions were presented, and the necessary steps were explained for the success of any session, in addition to explaining the importance of this goal within the community health project. The workers were also given scenarios that simulated some conditions they may be exposed to during their sessions. They were asked to find appropriate solutions, indicating the difficulties and obstacles they may face during their daily work.
