The management skills training program continues as part of the general volunteer project for enrichment and knowledge transfer in Aden, Yemen, with support from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center and implemented by the International Association for the Care of Victims of Wars and Disasters – Al-Amin.
The training is delivered by academic and specialized trainers, aiming to empower participants with skills to improve performance in various work environments.
The training focuses on enhancing participants’ abilities in planning, organization, and decision-making, developing effective communication and time management skills, and raising awareness of the fundamentals of leadership and team management. It also aims to equip young people with the management tools necessary for their active participation in the labor market.
