The prosthetic limbs and rehabilitation campaign in Damascus: A New Life, supported by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center
The International Association “Al-Ameen” continues to implement the Prosthetics and Rehabilitation Campaign in the Syrian capital, Damascus, as part of the Voluntary Medical Work Program, with generous support from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center
The campaign is carried out at the Prosthetics Center in Ibn Al-Nafees Hospital, where prosthetic fitting and rehabilitation services are provided completely free of charge. A specialized medical team oversees the process, using advanced techniques tailored to each individual case.
The campaign targets individuals who have undergone amputations due to injuries or illness, offering them a renewed chance to regain mobility, independence, and reintegration into daily life.
Every prosthetic fitted here is more than a medical device—it’s a step toward dignity, productivity, and hope.
