Our health center in Akkar
During the ten years since the launch of Al-Ameen Humanitarian support, we have reached many stations, where the Lebanese governorate of Akkar is one of these areas, to help thousands of people affected and in need there, where our health center located in Benin within the Lebanese province of Akkar, continues to provide primary health care services to Syrian refugees and the host community. During August, 1,369 patients received 3,156 free health services distributed to clinic departments, pharmacies, and community and mental health programs. The female-to-male rate was 64%, and the host society’s ratio to refugees was 57%, according to the record of services.
The Center is one of the qualitative and distinctive centers where it offers all its services free of charge by providing medicines and treatments within the Center’s pharmacy under Lebanon’s difficult circumstances.
