International Childhood Cancer Day approaches
Health, Update

As International Childhood Cancer Day approaches, the international association “Ameen” organizes an event for children suffering from cancer.

As International Childhood Cancer Day approaches, the international association “Ameen” organized a warm and inspiring event dedicated to the brave children battling cancer at Al-Bairouni Hospital in Damascus, the capital of Syria. This event was part of the Hope Saudi Program, which began its medical campaigns on the 5th of February, attended by volunteer Saudi doctors, alongside Syrian doctors and medical teams from the international association “Ameen,” to provide medical and psychological support to children with cancer.

The event featured a range of interactive activities aimed at highlighting the importance of psychological support for these young heroes. Gifts were distributed, and workshops and recreational activities were organized specifically to bring joy and reassurance to their hearts. Each child present carries a unique story of courage and resilience, and their smiles, which defy the odds, motivated us to continue providing more care and attention.

We deeply believe that no child should face the battle against cancer alone. We will continue to create moments of joy and provide comprehensive care, striving to paint a brighter future for these wonderful children. Let this event be a beacon of hope that reminds us all of our collective responsibility to improve the lives of every child facing this illness.
