Community Health training
In order for the ALAmeen Organization to keep up and monitor the progress of its projects in Afrin, Community Health training was conducted for the workers within the Community Health Project for the Sharan Camps.
The training included three main axes;
In the first axis, the results of the workers’ work were presented during the past period, represented by a comprehensive survey through the kobo program for the points they are deployed in, where information was collected on the health problems in the camps, as well as information on the needs of the camps that Impedes the development of the health status of the camp.
The second axis was to provide workers with general information about the problem of malnutrition in terms of definition, symptoms, and how to detect it by conducting a MUAC measurement. At the end of the training, the focus was on some of the most common diseases in the camps and giving workers a general knowledge of the symptoms of the diseases and the methods of their spread, and how to prevent them.
