Specialized training in human resources management as part of the Athar Initiative in Damascus, Syria

As a step aimed at enhancing the capacities of personnel in government institutions in the Syrian Arab Republic, Al-Ameen launched specialized training in the field of Human Resources Management within the framework of the “Athar” initiative, at the headquarters of the Higher Institute for Public Administration in Damascus.

These trainings were conducted with the participation of a select group of Syrian and Saudi academic cadres and were generously funded by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center. This reflects a shared commitment to supporting institutional development and improving the efficiency of human resources in Syria.

This initiative is part of Al-Ameen’s ongoing efforts to actively contribute to capacity building among public sector employees and to promote institutional performance in line with the best modern administrative practices.
