Cochlear implant, Health, Update

The International Association of “Al-Ameen” in Sfax continues its efforts to alleviate the pain of children in need of cochlear implants, with funding from the King Salman Center.

The Al-Ameen International Organization continues its efforts in Sfax, Tunisia, which is the third city benefiting from the “Samaa Saudi” program funded by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre. One of the most emotional moments in the program is when the child hears for the first time, as the moment of silence fades away and the child’s ear begins to pick up the sounds of life around them, triggering an unforgettable emotional reaction from the parents filled with mixed feelings of joy, tears, and hope.

This moment is not just a test; it is the start of a new journey full of possibilities, opening real avenues for communication and integration for our children. We believe that this achievement reflects our mission to improve children’s lives, develop their future, and enable them to regain their hearing and interact with the world around them.
