The Dialysis Center at Banadir Hospital in Mogadishu, Somalia, operated by Alameen Organization and supported by King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center in cooperation with the Somali Ministry of Health, successfully performed its first blood transfusion after sourcing a blood unit from the National Blood Bank. This facilitates easy and quick access to necessary blood units for dialysis patients at the center or any other center.
