NOTICE INVITING TENDER FOR PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT
Al-Ameen for Humanitarian Support announces of interesting of inviting bidders for providing hospital equipment and supplies
TENDER REFERENCE CODE: PO/AL40H22/WHO3.01/GZT/PRO/01-01-2022/T1
Interested Bidders may send a request in a sealed envelope with the company’s official papers to one of the Alameen’s offices in (Syria / Turkey) during official working hours: from 9:00 o’clock until 16:00 o’clock.
Starting date: January 1st 2022 – until January 8th 2022
Notes:
- Al-Ameen for Humanitarian Support does not bear any financial cost caused by submitting the price offer unless your company has been selected from among the competing companies in this offer.
- Providers shall abide by the following:
- Attachments (photos, brochures, and equipment catalogs) in a sealed envelope signed by the supplier, clarifying all technical specifications, warranty period, duration, and methods of delivery.
- Attach the Quotation in a sealed envelope signed by the supplier and the amount should be in Euros.
- Provider ID copy.
- Attach the official license and legal papers to the bidder, if available.
- Sign and stamp of declaration of non-conflict of interest (attached within the link) and write the name of the bidder not the name of the company.
- Delivery of equipment and supplies in Syria exclusively at Afrin Hospital.
