Enhancing Specialized Healthcare in Syria through the Voluntary Medical Project “Amal”

As part of ongoing efforts to enhance access to specialized healthcare in the Syrian Arab Republic, the “Amal” (Hope) Medical Volunteer Project for Specialized Clinics continues to provide its services at Damascus University National Hospital. The project aims to provide integrated care in various medical specialties, including family medicine, pain management, dermatology, and endocrinology.

Early diagnosis services are of particular importance in this project, as comprehensive examinations are performed to detect endocrine diseases and other chronic conditions, and appropriate treatment is provided in a timely manner. All services, including laboratory tests, are also provided free of charge to beneficiaries, ensuring that everyone receives the care they need without financial barriers
