Enhancing Cooperation to Improve Yemen’s Healthcare Sector: Al-Ameen Organization Meets with the Minister of Health to Discuss Sustainable Development Initiatives
As part of strengthening mutual cooperation, the team of Al-Ameen Organization for Humanitarian Support met with the Yemeni Minister of Health, Dr. Qasim Buhaibeh, in an official meeting focused on enhancing collaboration in medical and medical education fields.
During the meeting, the parties discussed ways to improve the healthcare sector in Yemen through implementing sustainable medical programs aimed at raising the efficiency of health services and training local staff. They also explored the possibility of launching joint initiatives to develop medical education, support health facilities, and implement a number of innovative projects.
Dr. Muawiya reaffirmed Al-Ameen Organization’s commitment to actively contributing to improving health conditions in Yemen, emphasizing the importance of partnerships with government institutions to achieve sustainable development goals.
For his part, the Yemeni Minister of Health praised the efforts of Al-Ameen Organization and its significant role in supporting the healthcare sector. He expressed his aspiration to enhance future cooperation to serve Yemeni society and contribute to improving the quality of health services and medical education.
The meeting was attended by the Director of the Minister of Health’s Office and Engineer Mustafa Al-Abdullah, Director of the Prosthetics and Rehabilitation Center in Aden Governorate.
This visit is part of Al-Ameen Organization’s ongoing efforts to enhance humanitarian and developmental work in Yemen, in line with its vision to achieve comprehensive development.
