Blind Paramedic Training in Damascus A Step Towards a More Inclusive Society
The Al-Ameen International Organization conducted a distinguished training course in the capital, Damascus, focused on the skills of the blind first responder, aiming to empower individuals with visual disabilities to provide emergency assistance effectively and safely.
The training targeted 20 trainees, alongside a “TOT” (Training of Trainers) program designed to prepare trainers capable of transferring knowledge and expertise to the community, and to enhance the basic skills necessary for emergency response for blind individuals.
This training is significant in empowering an important segment of society, supporting their independence, and increasing community awareness of the importance of providing professional and precise care and rapid intervention.
The efforts of Al-Ameen International Organization reflect its deep interest in developing community capabilities and creating a more inclusive and tolerant environment, as we believe that trainer training contributes to expanding the circle of impact and achieving sustainability in humanitarian work.
