Alameen welcomed a delegation from King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center – Somalia Office, to review the projects funded by them in cooperation with the Somali Ministry of Health.
The visit included a tour of the Banadir Dialysis Center as well as the National Blood Bank, where the delegation was briefed on the latest developments and services provided at both the center and the blood bank, and discussed updates and achievements.
They also inspected the blood bank operations and toured its departments, including blood transfusion, testing, and storage. They conducted surveys with patients about their conditions and the services provided to them at the dialysis center.
In the same context, at the blood bank, the delegation was informed about the staff training programs implemented in emergency preparedness, risk management, blood transfusion, and blood storage.
In conclusion, representatives of King Salman Center appreciated the efforts made and expressed their satisfaction with the level of services provided.
