Al-Ameen Concludes Strategic Planning Workshop in Damascus with Support from King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center under the “Athar” Initiative

As part of its ongoing commitment to developing government and institutional performance, Al-Ameen conducted a specialized course in strategic planning in the Syrian capital, Damascus. The course was held with generous support from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center. It aimed to qualify national cadres and enhance their abilities to define future visions, analyze internal and external environments, and establish the goals and frameworks needed to achieve sustainable development. This is all within the “Ather” initiative, which seeks to build leadership capacities and strengthen institutional performance.

The program relied on modern tools and an interactive approach that included case studies and practical applications, with the goal of equipping participants with effective skills in formulating and implementing strategic plans, measuring performance, and continuously updating visions. This training aims to empower government employees to lead change more effectively and contribute to building a more responsive and resilient future, aligned with the highest international standards, supported by the King Salman Center as a leading humanitarian interface.
