Advanced Training Program in Idlib to Enhance Medical Response to Mass Casualty Incidents
Al-Ameen International Humanitarian Organization continues to implement its specialized training program in mass casualty management in the Idlib Health Directorate in coordination with the World Health Organization (WHO), as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance preparedness and rapid response to emergencies and disasters.
This training targets medical and nursing staff working in hospitals and health care facilities, with the aim of raising their efficiency in dealing with complex cases of mass casualty incidents.
The training program includes theoretical and practical tracks, including the organization of medical teams, triage (sorting injuries according to priority), field first aid, and resource management under great pressure on the health system. Practical simulation exercises are also carried out to enhance the ability of personnel to make rapid and systematic decisions in critical circumstances.
