Conclusion of the qualitative training activities “Psychological Support for Women and Children” in Aden, Yemen

The International Association “Al-Ameen” in Aden, Yemen, with generous support from the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid, concluded a specialized training program titled “Psychological Support for Women and Children,” as part of its General Volunteer Program.

Over the course of the training, 450 beneficiaries—children, adolescents, and women—received awareness and practical sessions focused on women’s psychological empowerment and enhancing their ability to cope with stress. Participants were also provided with the necessary skills to support children’s psychological development and protect them from the effects of trauma.

The training concluded with interactive sessions aimed at assessing the psychological and cognitive impact of participants and consolidating acquired skills. The session was met with significant interaction, reflecting the importance of these initiatives in promoting mental health within the community.
