Launch of the Artificial Joint Implant Project in Marib – Yemen
In a pioneering humanitarian initiative, the International Association for the Care of War and Disaster Victims “Al-Ameen” launched the Artificial Joint Implant Project in Marib Governorate. This remarkable event was attended by a distinguished group of doctors and officials who participated in the inauguration of this project aimed at bringing hope to many patients suffering from mobility challenges and chronic pain.
Among those present at this event were Dr. Mohammed Deeb, Regional Director of the International Association for the Care of War and Disaster Victims “Al-Ameen” in Yemen, Dr. Ahmed Abdul Qadir Kamel, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Public Health and Population, and Dr. Abdul Rabah Mufti, Undersecretary of Marib Governorate. Also participating were Dr. Ahmed Saleh Al-Abadi, Director General of the Public Health and Population Office in Marib, Dr. Adel Al-Qardahi, Director of the Supreme Pharmaceutical Authority – Marib Branch, and Dr. Wagdi Al-Makhlafi, Deputy Chairman of the Marib General Hospital for Technical Affairs.
Thanks to this humanitarian project, many patients will be able to regain their ability to walk and move freely, significantly improving their quality of life and granting them a renewed opportunity for hope and contribution.
