International Association Al-Ameen supports health services in Manbij area – Syria

In light of the difficult circumstances in the Manbij area, the international organization “Al-Ameen” is the only entity concerned with providing and supporting health services in the region. The association manages the Manbij National Hospital and two health centers serving a community exceeding 600,000 people. These efforts come at a time when the need for integrated and effective medical services is increasing.

The international association “Al-Ameen” seeks to improve the quality of healthcare provided by working to provide trained medical staff and the necessary equipment to ensure the continuity of health services. The association has received important medical kits from the World Health Organization (WHO) to support trauma and emergency cases. These kits include a wide range of essential equipment and medicines, including:

Anesthesia and resuscitation drugs: to ensure safe and effective surgical operations.

Surgical tools: used in general and orthopedic surgery, contributing to the treatment of injuries resulting from the conflict.

Obstetric and gynecological needs: to provide the necessary care for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Medical consumables: such as surgical sutures, splints, and gloves, which are essential in various medical procedures.

Burn care tools: to provide appropriate treatment for burn cases.

Emergency medications: including antibiotics, serums, and chronic disease medications, to effectively address emergency cases.

Intravenous fluids and albumin: to support patients requiring special care.

These kits enhance the ability of the hospital and health centers to address the increasing challenges at present, enabling them to provide urgent and high-quality medical services to patients.

The goals of the international association “Al-Ameen” also include promoting health awareness in the community and providing public health awareness programs, which help reduce health risks and enhance public health in the region.
