International Human Rights Day 2024

On International Human Rights Day, we celebrate every individual’s right to freedom and dignity. Today, we remind ourselves that freedom is a fundamental right for all, and dignity can only be achieved when we live in peace and justice.

On this day, we honor the great Syrian people, who have taught the world the true meaning of resilience and the pursuit of freedom in the face of oppression. Today, Syrians are reclaiming one of their most essential rights: the right to freedom. For them, the journey began with freedom, and the ultimate goal is dignity. Their story, written with perseverance and struggle, will only be complete when all their rights are fully realized.
